Masurkar, Advocate with Mr. A.S.Thotange, Advocate for Petitioner CORAM : AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.

DATE : 01/06/2022 Heard Mr. Masurkar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petition is against an interim order dated 11.5.2022, whereby interim stay regarding the status of the land in question and its alienation has been granted by the Respondent No.2 (pg 70). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is fixed for final hearing on 7.6.2022, considering which it would be appropriate if the parties get the matter decided finally. I therefore do not feel it appropriate to interfere in the impugned order considering the stage for which the appeal before the Respondent No.2 is pending. The petition is therefore dismissed.

wp2851.22.odt Needless to mention that Respondent No.2 shall decide the appeal after hearing the parties positively by 17.6.2022.
