The civil application seeks to amend the petition to bring on record the initiation of the departmental enquiry by the employer, considering which, though the same is opposed by the learned counsels for the respondents, the civil application is allowed. The amendment be carried out by the end of this week and the amended petition be placed on record by 21/08/2023 with an advance copy to the opposite side.
