2) The applicants/respondents No.3 to 5 have moved this application to permit them to withdraw the amount lying in this Court, for which learned counsel for the appellant has objected.

3) Having considered the facts of the case and perusal of the impugned judgment, I do not find substance in his objection; hence, the application is partly allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the total compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing a usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registry. 4) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 50% of the total compensation amount lying in this Court along with interest accrued thereon in the bank account of the respective applicants, as per the award, on their furnishing a usual undertaking and their bank details to the Registry within four weeks.
