DATED :- JANUARY 2, 2025 By this application, non-applicant No.1 is seeking directions to non-applicant No.2 - State of Maharashtra, through P.S.O., Police Station Anjangaon Surji, District Amravati to take further recourse in view of failure of applicant to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- in view of the directions of this Court.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that while disposing the Criminal Revision Application No.124/2021, this Court has modified the sentence awarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate as well as modified the sentence confirmed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Achalpur by judgment and order dated 14/12/2021 in Criminal Appeal No.8/2010. The substantive sentence is reduced and shall be the period of 10 days which the applicant/accused has already undergone. It was further directed to pay additional compensation of Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant and the

14.appr.104.24.odt additional compensation directed to be paid within a period of four months from the date of judgment. It was further directed that if the compensation is not paid within four months, then the applicant/accused shall undergo simple imprisonment for three months. In view of the order passed by this Court, now the applicant has already deposited the amount and filed a Pursis to that effect, therefore, no further directions are now required. The directions of this Court are already satisfied by the applicant.
