On 26th October 2021 nobody appeared on behalf of the appellants, therefore, the matter was posted on 28/10/2021 for dismissal. On 28/10/2021 again nobody appeared and it was posted for 22/11/2021 and thereafter it was listed on 25/11/2021. However, to give one more chance the matter was again adjourned for 26/11/2021.

When the matter was called out today, again nobody is appearing on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
