The effect, operation and execution of impugned judgment and decree shall stand stayed until further orders, however, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh) with the Registry of this Court within one month and continue to deposit Rs.3,000/- per month from January, 2019 till disposal of the petition. The amount of Rs.3,000/- shall be deposited by the petitioner till 10th of every month. If there is breach in depositing the amount as directed, the interim order shall stand vacated without reference to Court.

The issue of withdrawal of amount by the

2 caw1565.17 respondents shall be considered after the amount is deposited. The respondents are granted liberty to file application accordingly. The civil application is disposed in the above terms. No costs.
