By this application, the applicant/petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition.

The contention is that during pendency of the petition, the Hon'ble Chief Minister by order dated 28.03.2024, declared the petitioner's mining lease as lapsed. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 5.

The amendment be carried out by 09.08.2024.

Amended copy of the petition be supplied to the other side. The learned AGP to file reply to the amended petition.
