CORAM : S. B. SHUKRE, J.

DATED : 29 APRIL, 2016 Heard.

In absence of copy of the intimation given to the Tahsildar in terms of the requirement of Section 44-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code having been placed on record, it is not possible to consider this application. In fact, copy of the said intimation was never annexed to the petition and even then this Court proceeded to consider the submission of the petitioner in a sympathetic manner. In these circumstances, the application cannot be allowed and I see there is no apparent error. The application stands rejected.
