It is not in dispute that the regular Head Master whose services were terminated has been directed to be reinstated which order passed by the Tribunal is subject matter of challenge in an independent petition.

The fact remains that there is no stay ordered by this Court on the reinstatement of regular Head Master. 4.

In the aforesaid background, we deem it appropriate to grant time of six weeks by way of last chance to the respondents to file reply.

Civil Application for directions stands disposed of. 6.
