Heard Mr. N. R. Gandhi, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. A. S. Fulzele, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2] With the assistance of the learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we have carefully gone through the FIR filed by the nonapplicant No.2 against the applicants. The FIR, on the face of it, contains several allegations indicating harassment and cruelty at the hands of applicant Nos. 2, 3 and 4 and several instances are quoted therein when the informant was allegedly subjected to harassment. In such a case, we are of the view that sufficient liberty should be granted to Investigating Officer to investigate the crime registered against the applicants so that the truth comes on record. It may be noted here that the offences have been registered

17.apl.833.2022.odt against the applicants on 30.10.2021 and the charge-sheet is yet to be filed. It would be, therefore, too early for this Court to make any comments in the matter, lest the investigation be influenced.

3] In the result, we are not inclined to interfere in this case. The application stands dismissed.
