DATED : 19-06-2018 The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime 103/2017 registered with the Weltur Police Station, District Nagpur for offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that the earlier bail application was withdrawn after the matter was argued for sometime. Copy of the order dated 13-3-2018 in Criminal Application (BA) 191/2018 is placed on record alongwith the affidavit-in-reply. 2.

Since there is no significant change in the circumstances as of now, I have not considered the submissions on merit.

The learned trial Court is requested to dispose of the trial expeditiously. If there is no significant
