DATE : 25.07.2022 Mr. Kavimandan, learned counsel for petitioners, tenders across the bar, the judgment in Regular Civil Suit No. 42/2015 dated 31.03.2022 between the same parties filed by the present respondent nos.1 and 2 against the petitioner nos.1, 2 and others, in which a claim for declaration of ownership, possession and permanent injunction was made, which suit has been dismissed on 31.03.2022. Copy of the judgment is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It is not in dispute that the findings in the suit would govern the parties, considering which, the challenge in the present petition has become infructuous as the parties will now be governed by the findings rendered in the suit or any findings which may be rendered in the appeal which is claimed to have been filed.
