I was not inclined to grant bail.

At this stage the leaned Counsel for the applicant Mr. Thakur submitted on instructions received, that instead of rendering an elaborate order, the application be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to apply afresh after eight months if there is no significant progress in the trial.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to apply afresh, before the learned Sessions Court, if there is no significant progress in the trial in the next eight months, and subject to the condition that the delay is not attributable to the accused.
