The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to make a representation to the respondent No.2 to permit him to continue to operate the stall in question, which was allotted to him as per the agreement dated 25-9-2018, till the new vendor is selected and order of allocation is issued.

If such representation is made by the petitioner, we expect the respondent No.2 to consider the same in accordance with law having regard to the fact that the respondent No.2 can avoid the loss of revenue till such period. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.) LANJEWAR
