Since the petitioner intends to approach before the respondent under the Right to Information Act seeking the document in relation to the allotment of the Petroleum Outlet in favour of the respondent no.5 from the reserved category, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition. If such request is made, the same be considered and dealt with by the respondent nos.2 to 4 in accordance with law.
