This application is for early hearing on the ground that the alleged incident has taken place in the year 2010 and Judgment and Award dated 06.06.2013 passed by the learned Railway Claims Tribunal. The claim of the claimant is already dismissed. They have not their bread earner and in need of the financial assistance. Considering the reasons and the appeal is already of the year 2015 i.e. seven years old. The prayer of early hearing is granted.
