In this petition, a challenge is raised to the order dated 04.09.2020 passed below Exh.U-2, U-17 & C-5 in Complaint ULP No.03/2020 passed by Industrial Court, Amravati, rejecting the stay to the transfer of the petitioner from Daryapur, Amravati to Aurangabad District.

This Court, while issuing the notice vide order dated 14.09.2020, granted stay to the transfer of the petitioner and also to the order rejecting the application for stay preferred by the petitioner.

Thus, from last more than two and half years, the stay is operating in favour of the petitioner. In the circumstances, I am of the opinion that purpose would be served if the Industrial Court is directed to decide the Complaint within six months from today, with continuation of interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 14.09.2020. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

The writ petition is disposed of 6.
