The petitioner has challenged the orders dated 13th October, 2008 and 25th March, 2010 passed by the Authorities under the C.P. and Berar Letting of Premises and Rent Control Order, 1949. Copy of order dated 13th October, 2008 is not annexed to the petition. There is no explanation for the inordinate delay in approaching this Court. This petition shows callous approach of the Advocate who has filed it. Such petition cannot be entertained. Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
