The earlier bail application is rejected by this Court (Coram: Smt. Pushpa V. Ganediwala, J.) vide order dated 18.12.2020 which reads thus:
After hearing sometime, when this Court was not inclined to allow the application, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the same and prays for liberty to move the application after one year.
Leave as prayed for is granted with liberty to move the application afresh before this Court, if within one year there is no effective hearing (i.e. framing of charge, evidence etc.) commenced in the trial before the trial Court. However, it is made clear that the applicant / accused person shall not be at fault in delaying the trial for any reason whatsoever.
The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn accordingly.

Even before the expiry of the one year period, referred to in the order, this application is preferred sometime on 07.07.2021.

The learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Daga seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach this Court after the one year period stipulated in the order dated 18.12.2020 expires.

This application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

This application is not heard on merits.
