Perused the reply of the prosecution and the case diary.

The allegation against these applicants is that they sold Mutton Masala by representing that the Mutton Masala was manufactured by the Pravin Masala Company, although, it was not manufactured by Pravin Masala Company and unauthorizedly the trademark of Pravin Masala Company was used for the purpose. The major part of the investigation is over as all the seizures have been made. Both these applicants are in jail since about last 11⁄2 month. Their custodial interrogation is not required. In the facts and circumstances of the case as discussed above, I am of the view that now these applicants be granted bail. The application is allowed and it is directed

ba.419.18 2/2 that the applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

i.

The applicants shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case.

ii. They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

The application is disposed of.
