The petitioners who were working as Project Affected Advanced Skilled Trainees with the respondent no.1 have been called upon to furnish their explanation by the communication dated 08.04.2022 since the respondent no.1 did not find the documents submitted by them to be satisfactory. That communication has been issued in the light of the complaints received by the respondent no.1. During pendency of the writ petition the petitioners have submitted the relevant documents alongwith their explanation to the respondent no.1. They seek restoration of their training. In view of the above, the respondent no.1 is directed to consider the explanation furnished by the petitioners and take a decision in accordance with law. If necessary the respondent no.1 can seek necessary clarification from the petitioners as well as any representative from the Office of the Collector, Chandrapur. The entire exercise be completed expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.
The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
