The applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 15.02.2022 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Mehkar, District Buldana in L.A.C. No.14 of 2020. 5.

Ms Patil, learned Advocate for appellant - V.I.D.C. submitted that the entire amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest is already deposited.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for appellant, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 15.02.2022 passed in TAMBE
