Present application is for condonation of delay of 878 days, which is caused in bringing the legal heirs of deceased appellant No.2 on record.

These applications are for setting aside the abatement order and bringing the legal heirs on record. 5.

The appellant No.2 is reported to be dead, however, appellant No.1 could not inform to the Court about the demise of appellant No.2. The appellant No.1 is not aware about the legal provisions, and therefore, she has not informed. 6.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the applications, applications are allowed and abatement order is set aside and appellant No.1 is permitted to bring the legal heirs of deceased TAMBE
