Deshpande, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India for the respondent no.1 on instructions submits that lookout circular against the petitioner has not been issued at the instance of the respondent nos.2 to 4 herein.

In view of this statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
