The impugned communication is at page 14, dated 20.04.2022.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the tax receipts were wrongly issued in favour of the respondent No.5, though the petitioner was residing at the property in question.

A perusal of the communication dated 20.04.2022 passed by the respondent-authority, shows that the dispute was directed to be resolved by the Civil Court. Here in Writ Jurisdiction, we cannot decide the title of the parties. 5.

That being so, the petition is dismissed.
