R. Kulkarni, Advocate for Petitioner.
Mr. I. J. Damle, A.G.P. for Respondent Nos.1 and2/State. CORAM : NITIN W. SAMBRE AND MRS.VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, JJ.
DATED : 21/04/2025.
Heard.
2.
Since, the petitioner is not holding appropriate qualification as an Anganwadi Madatnis viz. two years service and as the petitioner has completed one year and eleven months of service on the said post that by itself will not give leverage to the respondents to relax the recruitment condition for the post of Anganwadi Sevika. 3.
Even if the petitioner who was the sole candidate was considered for the post of appointment on Anganwadi Sevika, sans the requisite experience of two years, the petitioner's claim was rightly not considered. 4.
No case for causing interference is made out. The petitioner has failed to demonstrate violation of any statutory right or Rules. The petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
