The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Parchure invites our attention to the praecipe dated 12.06.2023 which is to the effect that the Education Officer has passed fresh order on 05.05.2023 of withdrawing the powers as In-charge Head Master from respondent 4.

Mr. Parchure fairly states that nothing survives in the present petition and the same may be disposed of.
