Heard Shri Vyas, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Kasat, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and Shri Sadavarte, learned counsel for respondent No. 3.

Admittedly, the caste claim of the petitioner is still pending scrutiny with Respondent No. 3. The petitioner has joined the employment in 1991. This Court has on 13.06.2014 while issuing notice, protected her employment.

We direct the petitioner to appear before Respondent No. 3 on 15.04.2015 and to abide by its further instructions in the matter. The Committee shall attempt to complete the verification in accordance with law within next one year.

Interim orders granted by this Court shall continue till then and shall be subject to that. Writ Petition is thus partly allowed and disposed of. No order as to costs.
