By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed in L.A.R.

(2) 49.caf.1335.2023 No.99/2012 dated 22.11.2022 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim.

The learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that the entire amount is already deposited. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate Mrs. Patil for the appellant, the affect, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim in L.A.R. No.99/2012 is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
