The petitioner has filed the present petition for seeking his release on emergency parole.

Today, the respondent has filed reply. In paragraph No.5 of the reply, the respondent has stated as under :

"It is further submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No.65/2020 wherein the request of the petitioner for grant of emergency parole came to be reconsidered and accordingly the petitioner has been granted emergency parole on the terms and conditions prescribed thereunder."

In view of the said statement, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present matter. The writ petition is disposed of, as infructuous.
