DATED : AUGUST 08, 2019 This is an application for condonation of delay of 7 days in filing accompanying revision application. A perusal of the application shows that the aforesaid delay has occurred because the applicants had initially inadvertently filed a Criminal Writ Petition, challenging the impugned order. On objection being raised by the office, the present revision application appears to have been filed to challenge the impugned order. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned.
