The writ petitions are disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties on the following terms. (1) The petitioners would join the parties that are likely to be affected either personally or in the representative capacity to the original application as per the directions of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

wp2818+3.15 2/2 (2) The Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is directed to decide the original applications filed by the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of effecting of the service on the newly added parties.

(3) The interim relief granted by this Court on 12/05/2015 would operate during the pendency of the proceedings before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

(4) No Costs.
