It is stated on behalf of the Collector, Amravati by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on the basis of the communication issued by the Collector, dated 23.09.2015, that a final seniority list has been published on 11.09.2015 and the petitioner has been placed at Serial Number 1 in the said seniority list. It is stated that the grievance of the petitioner would not survive in view of the preparation of the final seniority list and the placement of the petitioner therein.

In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
