O R D E R

(Passed on 30.11.2024) The insurer filed the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Wardha in MACP No.47/2010. The parties have settled the dispute and respondent Nos.1 and 2 agreed to accept an amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs towards full and final settlement as a compensation towards death of deceased Shalik Devraoji Watkar.

Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are present. They admit the terms of compromise. Respondent No.5 has already been deleted due to his death. Copy of Death Certificate of respondent No.4 - Subhadra Deorao Watkar, which is duly verified from the original, has been placed on record. Mr. Vaibhav Goswami, Assistant Manager, has accepted the terms of agreement. 03.

In view of this, the award be drawn in terms of compromise as mentioned in Form "N", which is duly signed by the appellant and respondent 1 and 2. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of. 04.
