Date : 9th September, 2019 The challenge in this petition is to the communication dated 8-3-2019 issued by the respondent No.2 allotting the tender in question to the respondent No.3. The representation made by the petitioner was decided on 7-32019 and thereafter the work order was also issued to the respondent No.3. The petitioner has neither challenged the work order dated 8-3-2019 nor has challenged the rejection of the representation dated 7-3-2019. We, therefore, do not find any reason to entertain this petition challenging the tender issued in favour of the respondent No.3.

The petition is dismissed.
