The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in all these matters submits that the respondents in all these matters are found to be farmers. However, the farmers have relinquished their rights. On enquiry by the petitioner, it was found that all the respondents herein are the owners of the cattle and are farmers.

Considering this factual background, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits

2 10-Cr.WPs-342-343-344-394-2025 that they do not want to prosecute the present petitions, and accordingly, permission is sought for withdrawal of all the petitions.

Considering the fact that petitioner do not want to prosecute the petitions, permission granted to the petitioner for withdrawal of the petitions.

The Criminal Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.
