The main allegations of cheating are against co-accused Dhiraj Raut, who is already arrested and faced custodial interrogation. The role of the applicant was only to introduce seven persons with co-accused, who allegedly took Rs.30,000/- each for giving clerical job. The allegation against the applicant is that he took commission of Rs. 5000/- each i.e. Rs. 35,000/- in total. Besides that there are no other allegations. Moreover, the applicant has deposited Rs.35,000/- in this Court to show his bonafides.

Having regard to that fact, following order:

(i) Criminal Application stands allowed.

2 aba420.21 (ii) Ad-interim order dated 19th July, 2021 is hereby made absolute.

(iii) The applicant shall continue to attend concerned police station till filing of charge-sheet or for the period of 60 days whichever is earlier.
