02] By this application, the petitioners seek leave to amend the writ petition and challenge the decision taken by respondent Nos.7 and 8 of running primary school at the newly constructed school building at Shahapur/Maregaon. Though the prayer is opposed by the learned Counsel for the respondents, we find that considering the nature of prayers made in the writ petition, leave can be granted to amend the same.

03] The civil application is allowed. Amendments be carried out within a period of one week.
