The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed an appeal challenging the order of appointment of the respondent No.3 as an Anganwadi Sevika before the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati, but the same is not decided as yet.

The petitioner cannot avail two remedies at the same time. We, therefore, dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and positively within a period of three months. Order accordingly. No costs.
