Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The applicant woman is seeking bail in connection with Crime 67 of 2021 registered with Police Station Sonala, Tq. Sangrampur, District Buldhana, under Sections 498A, 306, 109 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short, 'I.P.C.').

The daughter in law of the applicant unfortunately committed suicide on 13-04-2021. Initially enquiry under Section 174 of the Criminal Procedure Code was initiated, and on the premise that offence punishable under Sections 498A, 306, 109 read with section 34 of I.P.C. is disclosed, the husband, the applicant and one Shahista Bi are arraigned as accused.

The investigation is complete and the chargesheet is filed.

The material on record includes the statements of the relatives of the deceased who alleged that she was ill-treated. 6.
Considering that the applicant is a woman, the investigation is complete and the chargesheet is filed, a case for grant of bail is made out, particularly since it is not even the case of the prosecution that the applicant shall not be available to face the trial.

The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime 67/2021, registered with Police Station, Sonala, Tq. Sangrampur, District Buldhana, under Sections 498A, 306, 109 read with section 34 of the I.P.C., on executing PR bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant shall, within 48 hrs of release from custody, furnish the current address, cell number/s and any other relevant details by placing on record of the jurisdictional Court an appropriate praecipe and shall scrupulously update this information in case of any change.

The applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, make any attempt to influence the witnesses or otherwise tamper with the evidence.

The applicant shall not leave the country without the permission of the trial Court.
