"(i) By an appropriate writ, order and/or direction, hold and declare that, impugned order dated 9th of September, 2020 (AnnexureE) passed by the respondent no.1 - District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Buldhana and the impugned notice dated 5th of September, 2020 (Annexure-C) issued by the respondent no.2 - Secretary, A.P.M.C., Shegaon calling General Body Meeting on 15th of September, 2020 is pet-se illegal, arbitrary and unsustainable to the scrutiny of law, and further be pleased to;"

In that view of the matter, nothing remains in this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
