Co-accused Subham Santosh Paroche and another co-accused Kamlesh @ Chhotu Thamet, both have been released on bail by this Court vide orders passed on 14/01/2016 (Cri. Application (BA) No. 710/2015) and 07/9/2015 (Cri. Application (BA) No. 559/2015) respectively. On going thorough the first information report, I find that case of this applicant cannot be distinguished from that of the co-accused released on bail. Therefore, this applicant too would be entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity. Hence, the order. The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent

surety in the like amount on the following conditions, that: a) the applicant is prohibited from entering Akola town till the trial is over, except for attending the police station or the Court, as per the appointed dates and shall not apply for modification of this condition. The applicant to inform the concerned police station where he would reside.

b) The order as regards prohibition of the applicant not to enter Akola town be informed by the concerned police station to the family of the complainant.
