DATE : 12-08-2022 The only ground which is raised is that the notice which is claimed to have been issued to the petitioner as indicated in para 3 of the impugned order was never received by the petitioner. There is no material on record, to indicate the receipt of the notice as mentioned in the impugned order. Considering which, the same is hereby quashed and set aside and the matter is remanded back to respondent no.3, for decision afresh after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent no.3 on 17-08-2022 with his submissions and the matter shall be decided by the respondent no. 3 by 19-08-2022.
