Appeal is already decided on 07.04.2011.

The amount of compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- was kept in fixed deposit in the name of respondent No.3 who was minor at the relevant time. Now, he has attained the age of majority and, therefore, he is claiming the compensation amount.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the respondent No.3 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- along with accrued interest, on due identification and verification. 3.

Civil application is disposed of.
