Shri N.R. Raut, learned Counsel appearing for Prudent ARC Limited submits that S.B.I. has assigned various properties including property under question to Prudent ARC Limited. He seeks two weeks time to file appropriate application. Time is granted.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 9/2024 3] By present application, about 49 workers, which includes legal representatives of workers, have proposed to purchase plot no. 147, admeasuring 2310 square meters @ Rs.14,000/- per square meter. 4] This property has been yet not put to auction and, therefore, there arises no question of considering the proposal, as put forth.

5] This Court has earlier made it clear that the workers and the persons, who are occupying the

6] In the circumstances, the application and proposal, as filed, is not acceptable. The application is accordingly rejected.
