Heard Shri S.G. Karmarkar, learned advocate for the applicant.

As per the submission of Shri Karmarkar, learned advocate for the applicant, the applicant is released on default bail as per the provisions of Section 167 of the Criminal Procedure Code, because the charge-sheet is not filed within the stipulated period.

Shri N.R. Rode, learned A.P.P. submits that he has received telephonic instructions that the applicant is released on bail as per the provisions of Section167 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Hence, the present application is infructuous and therefore is disposed of.
