DATE : FEBRUARY 26 , 2015 We have perused the impugned order made by Additional Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli, by which he set aside the order of confiscation of the truck belonging to the respondent. On perusal of the finding of fact recorded by him so also the application of law, about which reference has been made in paragraphs 6, 7 and 8 of the impugned order, we are satisfied that the reasons on facts as well as on law are neither perverse nor illegal.

In our extra ordinary jurisdiction, we do not think it to be a fit case for interference. That being so, we make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Writ Petition No. 278/2012 is disposed of. The interim order is vacated. The truck in question, if not already returned, be returned to the owner of the truck forthwith.
