The petitioner challenges the show cause notice issued by the respondent seeking an explanation as to the amount of Rs.300/- found in the phone diary of the petitioner. Since this is only a show cause, it is open for the petitioner to satisfy the authority in this regard. The reply is already filed which would be considered by the appropriate authority. In case, there is any adverse order against the petitioner, he would be at liberty to approach this Court. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed.
