The grievance raised in this contempt petition is that the respondents have failed to obey the directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.2061/2013 dated 24-11-2014. A direction was issued to the Project Officer to decide the representation that was moved by the petitioner in the matter of unpaid salary.

Shri K. L. Dharmadhikari, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent no.3 on instructions submits that the said representation has been decided on 2-8-2016 and 6the petitioner has been held not entitled to the arrears of salary. Copy of order dated 2-8-2016 is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

In view of aforesaid order, the grievance of the petitioner with regard to non-compliance of the aforesaid directions appears to have been redressed. There is no reason to keep the present proceedings pending.

2 3.8cp208.15 Needless to state that it is open for the petitioner to raise a grievance with regard to the order dated 2-8-2016 if he is aggrieved by the same.

Contempt petition is disposed of.
