This is an application for withdrawal of the balance amount deposited by the appellant.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 re allowed to withdraw the balance amount on furnishing undertaking that in case the appeal is decided against them they will deposit the amount, as directed by this Court, with interest, as decided by the Court.
